Here's what you'll do:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced Civil Engineer to further develop their career, taking on increased responsibility for both technical delivery and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the technical and digital delivery of civil engineering projects.
Prepare and review survey specifications, including utilities and topographical surveys.
Check and coordinate the production of studies, assessments, and conceptual designs for development schemes (drainage, highways, utilities, earthworks, and flood risk).
Liaise with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
Contribute to bids and proposals, attend project meetings, and confidently communicate technical solutions.

Requirements:
Civil Engineering degree (BEng) and/or Master's degree (MEng).
Relevant experience, ideally within a consultancy environment, delivering highways and drainage design for residential, commercial, and wider infrastructure schemes.
Proficient in industry-standard software, including InfoDrainage, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience working with developer clients and contractors, with a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with ArcGIS is welcomed but not essential, along with an interest in integrated AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
BEng or MEng with progress toward Incorporated or Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), or membership of CIWEM or CIHT.
