Senior Warehouse Operator & Training Lead (B Shift)

CooperVision Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operator Level 3 for the Fareham site. The role covers a trainer-backed position on the B shift with double day hours, covering multiple plant areas with full autonomy and a focus on training and safety.

You will back-up Team Leaders during holidays or LOA, oversee complex tasks, and utilise ERP/WMS/WCS and Tableau to resolve issues and drive improvements. A strong emphasis on training, compliance and safe practices is included.
