Residential Support Worker — 4:1 Care for Young Adult

Action for Children in Buckinghamshire is looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting a young man in his forever home. This role provides 4:1 wrap around support, focusing on safety, well-being and development.

The 19-year-old has transitioned from Ofsted to CQC; driving licence would be beneficial though not essential. You’ll help with education at home, social activities and daily living.
