KYC Risk & Assurance Lead — Onboarding Excellence

IG Group is seeking a Senior Manager, KYC Risk & Assurance in London to lead the new KYC Risk & Assurance function. You will own first-line quality assurance over onboarding, oversight of EDD and escalation decisioning, and drive continuous improvement across the KYC lifecycle.

You will manage a three-person team across the UK and Poland, partner with Compliance and Financial Crime, and translate second-line CRA standards into practical first-line processes while maintaining independent risk
