Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen with purpose, at our Peterborough site. You’ll head a busy team, deliver Italian favourites like pasta and pizza, and ensure consistency and pride in every plate.

You’ll manage stock, waste and costs, shape the kitchen culture, and partner with the General Manager to create a thriving dining room. The role offers 48 hours across 5 days, with strong pay, tronc and excellent benefits.
