UKCourierSalesSupervisor-WhatYou’llbeDoing:

• Responsibleformarketdevelopmentandclientacquisitionforthecompany’scourierservices,achievingsalestargets.
• Developnewclientaccounts,maintainexistingclientrelationships,andcontinuouslyimprovecustomersatisfactionandbusinessgrowth.
• DeeplyunderstandtheUKcouriermarket,withakeyfocusonexpandingtheLargeParcelDeliverybusiness.
• Developandexecuteregionalsalesplans,analyzemarketdynamicsandcompetitoractivities,andcontinuouslyexpandmarketshare.
• Managingasmallteamof1-2people.
• Collaboratecloselywithoperationsandcustomerserviceteamstoprovideprofessionalandefficientlogisticssolutions.
• Conductregularclientvisitstobuildlong-term,stablerelationships.
• Gathermarketfeedbackandclientrequirementstoadviseoncompanybusinessdevelopment.

UKCourierSalesSupervisor-TheSkillsYou’llNeedtoSucceed:

• GoodcommandofEnglishwithexcellentbusinesscommunicationandnegotiationskills.
• ValidUKdrivinglicense;willingtotravelacrosstheUKforclientvisits.
• Strongclientacquisitionskillsandsharpmarketawareness.
• SalesexperienceintheUKcourier/expressindustry.
• ExperienceintheLargeParcelDeliverysectorisstronglypreferred.
• PriorexperienceworkingincompaniessuchasDX,XDP,BJSDistribution,FedEx,DHL,UPS,DPD,Tuffnells,orsimilarUKcouriercompaniesishighlypreferred.
• FamiliarwiththeUKcouriermarketandbusinessmodels.
• Proventrackrecordinbusinessdevelopmentandaccountmanagement.
• Teammanagementexperience.
• Strongcapabilitytoworkindependentlyandconsistentlymeetsalestargets.
