Field Technical Manager, Water & Concrete Solutions

Marshalls PLC is seeking a Technical Manager for Water Management to lead technical direction across our precast concrete products. This field-based role requires frequent travel between UK sites, developing designs and standards to improve quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality teams, driving continuous improvement, technical investigations and support for new product launches, while advancing our low carbon initiatives and sustainability goals.
