Senior Estimator – Social Housing Tender Lead

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Social Infrastructure team in Dartford. The role focuses on producing accurate, competitive tenders for social housing projects, working closely with operations and commercial teams to secure opportunities and manage risks.

You will be responsible for cost estimates, tender build-ups, and pricing schedules, while developing strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
