Senior Aftersales Manager – Service & Parts Leader

Renault Retail Group in Enfield (EN1) seeks an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service and Parts operation. You will oversee a substantial Aftersales team and be responsible for performance, profitability, customer experience and daily leadership across Service and Parts.

You will drive standards, coach technicians and service advisors, manage KPIs and work with senior management to deliver strong business results, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
