Strategic HR Partner, Global Production

Publicis Production is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with client groups and internal stakeholders within the Global Production team. You will drive data-driven HR insights, design development strategies with Groupe L&D, and support talent forecasting alongside our internal TA team.

Reporting to the Global Talent Director, you will help implement HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and advance DE&I efforts in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
