Private Client Tax Manager/Director
Salary: Up to £100,000
Working Arrangements: Hybrid or Fully Remote
Role Description
An innovative and expanding accountancy firm is embracing modern technology and closer client partnerships to deliver a more commercial, advisory‑focused service.
This is a highly relationship‑focused role offering ownership of a portfolio of private clients, trusts, estates and owner‑managed businesses.
You’ll work closely with clients on a range of personal tax matters, whilst having direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the firm’s private client offering.

What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, trusts and estates
- Review personal, partnership and trust tax returns
- Deliver advisory work across personal tax, CGT, IHT and trust taxation
What you’ll need
- CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Strong personal tax experience gained within practice
- Experience managing portfolios of private clients, trusts and estates
- Technical knowledge across personal tax, CGT, IHT and trust taxation
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in advisory work
- Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility
