Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking a Talent Researcher in London to focus on strategic talent intelligence rather than live vacancies. You will research markets, map organisations and build proactive pipelines to anticipate hiring needs.

You will work as an internal expert on external talent landscapes, delivering insights to senior stakeholders and shaping talent strategies within a large international organisation. This is a hybrid role with in-office presence three days per week.
