Lead Warehouse Operative: MHE Training & Kaizen Champion

Barker Ross are recruiting a Senior Warehouse Operative for a Milton Keynes site, offering a path to leadership within a globally recognised automotive brand. You will support the Warehouse Team Leaders and help hit daily targets.

Key requirements include 3+ years in warehousing, a valid forklift or order picker licence, strong numeracy and literacy, and MS Office proficiency with WMS experience; supervisory experience and MHE training are desirable.
