Senior Children’s Social Worker – Hybrid & 9-Day Fortnight

Hampshire County Council is seeking Children’s Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to support children, young people, and families across Hampshire. You’ll join teams focused on Children in Care, Family Help, and Refugee support, providing statutory safeguarding and collaborative multi-agency care planning.

Role requires relationship-building, strong reporting, and the ability to manage complex caseloads with a reflective practice mindset.
