Lead Senior Healthcare Assistant (Shift Leader)

Discovery Care Group is seeking experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants Plus to join our residential care homes across the Thanet District, day or night shifts. This role is a progression from the Senior Healthcare Assistant, with added leadership and oversight responsibilities to support the care team and uphold standards.

You will lead shifts, allocate tasks, document care accurately, monitor residents, and escalate concerns as needed in a compassionate, professional environment.
