Youth Support Worker – Empowering Young People in Homes

Hightown is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for Young People’s Services in St Albans. The role involves practical and emotional support in homes, building trusted relationships and empowering young people to develop confidence, skills and independence.

You will work across a 24-hour rota (evenings, weekends and regular sleep-ins paid at £52.78 per night) and collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies while maintaining professional boundaries.
