We are recruiting for Repair Operatives in the Scottish Borders.
- Travel to sites across Scotland and the UK as required
- £33,667.40 to £38,014.60 per annum
Panton McLeod is a specialist contractor delivering high-quality repair, maintenance and structural solutions across the UK’s water and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for hardworking, safety-focused Repairs Operatives to join our growing team based out of Selkirk.

This is a physically demanding, site-based role that includes routine confined space working and regular travel across Scotland and the UK.
- Carrying out concrete repairs, structural repairs, coatings and linings, pipework, civils and groundwork activities.
- Working safely in accordance with approved RAMS and method statements.
- Setting up and maintaining safe working areas, including barriers, signage and access equipment.
- Mixing, applying and finishing repair materials to manufacturer specifications.
- Using hand tools, power tools and small plant safely and correctly.
- Completing pre-use equipment inspections and reporting defects.
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas.
- Working collaboratively with Site Supervisors and fellow operatives to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, utilities or engineering.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work at height safely and in confined spaces
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- £33,667.40 to £38,014.60 per annum
