Overnight Children’s Residential Care Worker

Blue Mountain Homes Limited is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker (Waking Night) to support young people in our care. You will help create a safe, positive environment, uphold Ofsted standards, and deliver overnight supervision.

The role operates on a rolling 4-on 4-off night pattern with a salary up to £30,784 depending on experience and qualifications. DBS checks are required and there are opportunities for training and progression.
