Behaviour Support Specialist – Flexible Hours (Hartlepool)

The Behaviour Support Worker role in Hartlepool is offered by GSL Education. You will support pupils with behavioural, social and emotional barriers to learning, providing 1:1 and small-group support, and promoting positive engagement.

You will work closely with teaching staff to implement de-escalation strategies, build trusting relationships, and help pupils develop skills for success inside and outside the classroom. DBS Update Service is preferred.
