Senior Ecological Compliance Lead – UK & Ireland (Hybrid)

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director to lead Environmental and Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) and EnvCoW services across the UK & Ireland. The role can be based in multiple UK offices, including Basingstoke, Cambridge, or Leeds, with a strong focus on leading technical delivery and building a scalable environmental compliance capability.

You will manage specialists, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and drive quality across planning, DCO and environmental consent processes.
