Heron Academy seeks exceptionally gifted and talented individuals to bring fun and entertainment to teaching for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties. You will plan and lead primary-level lessons across all subjects, with flexibility to adapt to each day’s needs.

The role requires someone who can engage pupils with a creative approach, manage classroom dynamics, and collaborate with a team of teaching assistants and carers to support learning and wellbeing throughout the day.
