Rockhopper Children’s Services in Tendring is seeking a Residential Children’s Care Worker to provide a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

You will support children in your care, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills while working closely with a supportive team.

We offer ongoing development and training, including the opportunity to gain a level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare with a £1000 bonus if completed within 12 months.
