What you’ll need to be:
- A shift leader or assistant manager whois kind, calm and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing,safety and security procedures
- Well‑presented, detail‑focused andprofessional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching anddeveloping the team
- Logical, organized and able to managemultiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guestexperiences
- Able to work days, evenings and weekendsand reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day making moments

- Experienced in hospitality, ideally withsupervisory experience in a busy food‑led environment with rooms
