As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers, being the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends. You’ll oversee peoples review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service, for example medication and Equality & Diversity. We are looking to invest in talented individuals who want to connect with people.
