Porsche Service Quality Lead

Sytner Group is seeking a Service Quality Specialist for Porsche Centre Silverstone to boost technical capability, repair quality, and workshop efficiency. You will guide technicians from diagnosis to final QA, ensuring every repair meets Porsche standards.

You will lead processes across Porsche Service and PCGB warranty requirements, building team expertise in PIWIS, PCSS, and other advanced diagnostics. This role focuses on fixing right first time and driving performance at the highest level.
