Global HSE & Facilities Manager – Safety & Compliance

TLD Europe seeks an experienced HSE and Facilities Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across Kempston operations. You will shape and deploy HSE processes, maintain fixed assets, and ensure compliance with legislation while collaborating with the Steering Committee.

You will interpret data, drive improvement actions, oversee ISO14001 certification, and upskill production teams to achieve a zero-harm culture across the site.
