Operational Resilience & Continuity Lead

Simplyhealth is seeking a Business Resilience Manager to strengthen and continuously improve our resilience capabilities across technology and the wider business. You will oversee the BCMS, policy governance, and resilience frameworks to meet regulatory and industry standards.

Working with stakeholders at all levels, you will lead scenario testing, disaster recovery planning and post-incident reviews, delivering metrics and training to embed resilience into decision-making and operations.
