Lead Workshop Manager – Bespoke High-End Joinery

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production / Workshop Manager for a Kent-based high-end residential joinery contractor. You will own the production flow, coordinate the workshop and ensure delivery against tight project schedules on prestigious private schemes.

The role requires leadership and a solid understanding of joinery manufacturing, with responsibility for quality, health and safety, and mentoring workshop staff to meet targets and maintain build quality across all projects.
