Onsite Facilities Supervisor – Waterfront Building

CBRE is seeking an on-site Facilities Manager to join a small site team at a waterfront property in Liverpool. The role supports the Senior Building Manager with day-to-day operations, budget adherence, and customer service to occupiers and clients.

You will oversee building fabric, safety audits, contractor management, and reporting, while coordinating with stakeholders to maintain high standards and compliance. A strong customer service ethos and IOSH awareness are desirable.
