Head of Implementation & Go-Live Delivery

Joblogic Service Management Software is seeking a Head of Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of new customer implementations from contract through go-live. You will manage the Implementation Team Leaders and regional squads, ensure healthy workloads, and drive onboarding performance, customer experience and Year 1 retention across segments.
