Store Duty Manager – Lead Trading & Customer Experience

ASDA’s Kirkton store is seeking a Duty Manager to steer day-to-day store operations, plan and execute trading activity across multiple departments, and ensure the store remains safe and compliant for customers and colleagues.

You will lead the shrink agenda, drive standards, coach the team, and work with the Store Manager to deliver a great shopping experience, with shifts days and a 45-hour week.
