Demand Manager (Hybrid) – Bonus & Growth

Groupe SEB UK, based in Datchet, seeks a Demand Manager to lead the sales and operations planning for the market. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and central Supply Chain to build consensus around demand plans, support product availability and deliver high customer satisfaction while optimising stock levels.

You will drive continuous improvement in forecasting quality, manage the demand team, and ensure alignment of short and long-term plans with business needs.
