Hotel Duty Manager – Lead Frontline Teams

Whitbread is recruiting for a Duty Manager in Southend-on-Sea (Eastern Esplanade) at Premier Inn. This permanent role offers 32 guaranteed hours per week with pay up to £13.86 per hour.

You’ll lead shifts, support reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have an excellent stay and your team has what it needs. You don’t need prior hotel experience; people from retail, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure, healthcare and customer service are welcome.
