Strategic Transportation Planning Leader — Flexible/Hybrid

Devon County Council is looking for a Transportation Strategy Manager to lead our Transport Planning team on a fixed-term basis until April 2028. The role focuses on delivering the Local Transport Plan, shaping transport strategy and investment priorities across the Devon region.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team through organisational change, engage with partners and senior officers, and represent the Council at regional and national forums to secure delivery and improvements in transport
