Strategic Change Lead — Hybrid, PMO & Delivery

Staffordshire County Council is seeking a Change Manager to lead complex change and improvement projects within the Change Team. You will work with service leaders and corporate colleagues to translate priorities into practical action, shaping approaches, engaging stakeholders and supporting delivery from start to finish.
