On behalf of PwC, we are looking for an Oracle Learning Functional Lead for an 11 month contract based in London (3 days per week)/Remote (Hybrid).
We’re hiring an Oracle Learning Functional Lead to join a growing Oracle HCM Consulting practice, helping major organisations transform their learning and talent capabilities through Oracle Cloud.
This is an opportunity to lead complex Oracle Learning implementations while working at the heart of large-scale workforce transformation programmes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to design innovative learning solutions that improve employee experience, strengthen compliance, and support organisational growth.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Oracle Learning Cloud workstreams across the full project life cycle, from discovery and design through to testing and deployment.
- Facilitate client workshops and advise on learning strategy, process transformation, and Oracle best practice.
- Design and configure Oracle Learning solutions aligned to business and transformation objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across HR, Learning & Development, Talent, IT, and business leadership teams.
- Manage workstream plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
The skills you’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering Oracle Learning Cloud implementations.
- Strong functional configuration expertise across:
- Learning courses, offerings, activities, and specialisations.
- Learning catalogues and communities.
- Compliance and mandatory learning.
- Security and access groups.
- Class scheduling, enrolments, approvals, and notifications.
- Learning records, reporting, and completion tracking.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
