Insight Global are seeking a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Manager / Vendor Due Diligence Specialist for a global organisation undergoing continued growth and enhancement of its supplier risk and compliance capabilities.
This position is fully remote in the UK, for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35).
This role will play a key part in the oversight, enhancement, and execution of vendor onboarding, third-party due diligence, and supplier risk management activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance, sanctions screening, and risk controls are embedded throughout the vendor lifecycle. You will support the ongoing development of third-party risk frameworks, drive process improvements, and help mitigate reputational, regulatory, operational, and sanctions-related risks across a diverse supplier base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise on vendor onboarding and third-party due diligence activities across global supplier populations.
- Oversee vendor and third-party onboarding processes, including due diligence, sanctions screening, adverse media reviews, ownership validation, and risk assessments.
- Review and enhance third-party risk assessment methodologies and vendor governance frameworks.
- Ensure appropriate sanctions, reputational, regulatory, and operational risk controls are embedded throughout the vendor lifecycle.
- Support Procurement and business teams in assessing, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding vendors and third parties.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Procurement, and business stakeholders to identify and mitigate third-party risks.
- Support investigations, escalations, remediation activities, and ongoing monitoring requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks related to third-party risk management.
- Provide guidance on sanctions compliance requirements within supplier onboarding and vendor management processes.
Must-Have Requirements Include:
- Proven experience leading or supporting vendor onboarding, third-party due diligence, supplier risk management, or third-party compliance programmes.
- Experience conducting vendor due diligence reviews, including ownership validation, sanctions screening, adverse media checks, and risk assessments.
- Strong experience enhancing, implementing, or managing third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks, controls, governance processes, and policies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S., UK, and EU sanctions regimes, with practical experience applying sanctions controls within vendor or supplier onboarding processes.
- Experience collaborating with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to assess and manage third-party risks.
- Experience developing and improving operational processes relating to vendor screening, investigations, escalations, and ongoing monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and provide practical recommendations.
