The Role.
- Support the launch and daily running of a brand-new venue.
- Lead from the front during service – energetic, visible, and hands-on.
- Train, inspire, and develop a strong team culture.
- Take ownership of shifts, standards, and guest experience.
- Support with stock, rotas, and financial performance.
- Step up and run the show when needed.

- Experience as an AM.
