Head of Finance – Social Care Growth Leader (Colchester, Hybrid)

Pioneer Talent is assisting a growing provider of specialist supported living and outreach services in Colchester to hire a Head of Finance. This role offers genuine end-to-end ownership of the finance function and a seat on the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will own budgeting, pricing, board reporting and due diligence for acquisitions, with some flexibility for home working. Colchester-based with commuting expected.
