Programme Manager – Transformation Leader for Britain’s Rail

Network Rail is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the GBR Design and Implementation Programme and drive transformation across the rail system. You will steer complex initiatives, shaping delivery with senior sponsors and turning strategy into tangible outcomes.

The role requires strong governance, planning and analytics, with a track record in benefits realisation and stakeholder management at executive levels. It is available as a 12-month fixed-term contract or a secondment.
