Role Description

The Service & Enablement Lead – Remote is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for optimizing service delivery and supporting teams in providing exceptional client experiences. This role involves overseeing customer service processes, coordinating with sales and finance teams, and using data and analysis to improve operational performance. The Service & Enablement Lead will develop enablement materials, such as playbooks, training resources, and tools that help client-facing teams work efficiently and consistently. Daily responsibilities include monitoring service metrics, identifying process gaps, implementing improvements, and communicating updates across stakeholders. The role also supports strategic initiatives, contributes to planning and forecasting, and ensures that service standards align with Ecology Group’s ecological and environmental mission.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for service and process improvement.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings clearly, and support effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to understand client needs, design service workflows, and help teams deliver consistent, high-quality support.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to align enablement initiatives with revenue goals, support sales processes, and improve client acquisition and retention.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to service operations and enablement activities.
  • Experience in service operations, enablement, or project management in a consulting or professional services environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with ecological or environmental services, or related industries, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., CRM systems, project management platforms, and data dashboards) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental studies, management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
