Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident hospitality Manager to join a well-established, quality-focused pub & restaurant.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside the management team to keep the pub and restaurant running smoothly, support the team, and make sure every guest has a great experience. If you enjoy being on the floor, leading by example and being part of a business that takes pride in what it does, I’d love to hear from you.

The Position:

• Working closely with senior management to keep the business running at its best
• Leading and supporting the team throughout the day, setting the standard from the front
• Delivering great customer service and making sure every shift runs smoothly
• Helping manage stock, ordering, suppliers and day-to-day operations
• Supporting rotas, labour control and the overall performance of the business
• Always looking for ways to improve standards, service and the guest experience

The Person:

• Previous management experience within hospitality
• A natural leader who enjoys developing people and building a positive team culture
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of costs, margins and performance
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
