School Premises & FM Site Manager

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an FM Premises Officer/Site Manager – Soft Services to join our FM team based at Brays Academy in Sheldon, Birmingham. The role is site-based with a Monday to Friday pattern and occasional travel to Trust sites.

You will lead day-to-day FM services on site, manage subcontractors, oversee H&S compliance, and ensure the school runs safely and smoothly in line with SLA requirements.
