High-Care Prep Technician | Early Shift

Around Noon in London is seeking a Kitchen Prep Team member to perform daily preparation tasks under the Prep Supervisor and Assistant Prep Manager. You will follow SOPs and prepare mixes and ingredients, maintaining accurate batch records.

Responsibilities include storing ingredients in chillers, minimizing waste, reporting non-conformances, and keeping to health, food safety and hygiene guidelines. You will work as part of a team with good communication and safe lifting practices.
