Head Chef – Daytime Mon-Fri, Premium Contract Catering

Genuine Dining in London Wall is seeking a Head Chef (Contract Catering) to lead our culinary team, overseeing food production and ensuring top quality standards for client catering projects. This is a Monday-to-Friday, daytime role based in central London.

You will develop creative menus, manage kitchen operations, control costs, and supervise staff with a strong focus on safety, hygiene and sustainability. Up to £45,000 plus overtime on events.
