Senior Charge Nurse – Mental Health Inpatient Lead

NHS Ayrshire and Arran invites applications for a Senior Charge Nurse within the Mental Health Inpatient Service based at Ward 11, Woodland View, Ayrshire Central Hospital. The post carries 24-hour responsibility for the ward and clinical leadership of the nursing team.

You will lead, develop and supervise the nursing team, ensure safe, compassionate care, manage budget and contribute to service planning within a multidisciplinary team.
