Senior Community LD/Mental Health Nurse – Clinical Lead

NSFT is seeking a Band 6 Senior Community Learning Disability/Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Learning Disability and Autism service. You will deliver person-centred care to individuals with complex needs and provide specialist assessments, care coordination and risk management in the community.

The role offers clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team, supervision of junior staff, and involvement in service development and quality improvement.
