Autonomous Complex Care Nurse for Young Adults – Home Visits

NHS Grampian is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Adult Complex Care Team in Aberdeen. The role involves delivering high-quality, home-based nursing care to young adults transitioning from paediatric services, in collaboration with families and a wide range of health professionals.

You will work autonomously with sound clinical judgement, communicate effectively, and participate in service improvement. Full-time and part-time posts are available, including shifts covering 24/7 care.
