NHS Lothian is seeking a Band 7 AfC specialised clinical pharmacist to join the Primary Care Pharmacy and Medicines Service across Edinburgh practices. You will deliver patient-centred pharmaceutical care and work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants will be GPhC registered pharmacists with postgraduate experience in a patient-focused clinical environment and progression through PRFT, ready to prescribe.
