Day Shift Care Assistant – Person-Centred Support

Nelson Manor Nursing Home in Lancashire is recruiting a Care Assistant for day shifts. You will provide care following best practice and legislative requirements under the direction of the Senior Carer/Nurse, reflecting policies and agreed standards.

You will support service users to maintain skills and personal interests with person-centred care, keep skills up to date through training, and ensure care plans are followed while alerting changes to the Senior Carer/Nurse.
